For those who have trouble with mobility, the most convenient parking and entrance will be at the rear of the building. There, you will find a handicap-accessible entrance and an elevator leading to the upstairs. We will have greeters and ushers stationed inside and outside the building to help you find the best parking and entrance for you.

What should I expect at Kingsboro Church?

How Long Is A Kingsboro SUNDAY Service?

A typical Sunday service at Kingsboro Church is about 90 minutes long (10:30-12:00). Service begins with a song calling everyone to the sanctuary. After the opening song, we have announcements followed by 4 songs of praise worship. Song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of the service is complete, Pastor John will come up to preach a message (about 40 minutes long). Pastor John’s style of preaching is exegetical, which means he preaches/teaches verse by verse through a main passage, pulling in verses from the rest of the Bible to expound and apply. Service concludes with a final song and an opportunity to respond to the message. An altar team is available for prayer at the end of every service. After the service, all are welcome to stay for coffee and snacks in the cafe area. Every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sunday, we offer a 30-minute “Next Steps” class where you can learn more about Kingsboro Church, The Bible, and Christianity.

What’s The Culture Like At kingsboro Church?

Kingsboro Church is friendly, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest. Although we are in a historic building, we are determined to be modern and relevant to today’s culture without compromising the timeless truths of the Bible. The Sunday worship songs are a mix of old and new, offering a meaningful worship experience to all generations. We are a family-friendly Church. We understand that children are children, and we want them to be children.

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?

On Sunday Mornings, starting at 10:20 am, you can bring your children to Kids Church (age 4-6th grade) or Nursery (age 0-3). Your children will be cared for by teachers/workers throughout the duration of the service, freeing you to focus on worship and the message. You must sign in and sign out your children. A child will not be released to anyone unless it is an approved parent/guardian. All teachers/workers are screened and background checked regularly. If your child needs you during the service an usher will come and find you. Youth Group (ages 12-18) takes place on Monday Nights from 6:30-8:00 pm.
